Changes in Dismissal

We NO longer accept emails, phone calls, hand-written notes, etc. Parents/guardians MUST submit the attached form for any dismissal changes.  We can only accept changes in a student’s dismissal through the Dismissal Change Request Form.  In order to ensure a safe dismissal for all of our students, please be advised that NO dismissal changes will be made after 2:45PM for the same day.

If your child attends the After Care Program at Sunnymead School, it is the parent’s responsibility to contact Catholic Charities directly to communicate any changes in dismissal.
