It’s BOOK FAIR time again in the school library at Sunnymead from Wednesday, March 12th - Wednesday, March 19th. Your child will be visiting the Book Fair with his or her class during their regularly scheduled library time. Students will have the opportunity to purchase books at that time.
Profits from the Scholastic Book Fair will be used to enhance the library program for all of our Sunnymead students
Mrs. Castellano, our librarian, needs parent volunteers to help make the book fair a success.

Ms. Petrozz's class has been working hard on their reading this winter! While the whole school participated and did amazing during the Malcom Mitchell Reading is Magic Foundation's READbowl Ms. Petrozzo's class made the TOP 100 schools in the USA for Elementary!! They were #94! We are so proud of this accomplishment!!
Sunnymead's Winter Wonderland Writing Experience
Over the past 2 weeks our students have been experiencing an immersive and magical writing experience "Winter Wonderland". Thank you to Mr. D, Ms. Sarik, Ms. Stack, an d Ms. Purdy for this amazing experience for our students!

SMILE- Science and Math Inspire Lifelong Enthusiasm at Sunnymead- A family fair exploring topics within STEM! We hope to see a lot of students and families smile!
We are so excited to bring back Family Science and Math nights to Sunnymead this year. We invite all families to sign up and participate in a night that promotes learning, collaboration and fun with Science and Math. We have our own Hillsborough High School volunteers helping us and who will be role models to our young students. Please see the attached flyer below for dates and sign up soon! Slots are limited.

Due to hazardous and icy weather conditions , all Hillsborough Township Public Schools will be closed February 6th, 2025. All after school events are canceled.
Due to weather conditions, all Hillsborough Township Public Schools have a 2-hour delayed opening tomorrow, Thursday February 6, 2025. Please expect buses to pick your child up 2 hours later than normal. Lunches will be served. Afternoon kindergarten and afternoon preschool classes will begin 1 hour later than normal.
