Club sign-ups will begin Friday, September 12 through Wednesday, September 17th at 4 pm. Please review ALL the information below. 

1.  Club Sign-Ups will run from today, Friday, September 12th through Wednesday, September 17th at 4:00 p.m.

2. Students should complete the club sign-up form with a parent/guardian since students will need to be driven to school to participate in a club. In a few cases, a club may run after school so students will need to be picked-up by a parent/guardian.

3. Students will need to input their six-digit student I.D. number to complete the sign-up form.  Please have this handy!

4. Students will need to access the Google Form only using their school email!  No personal emails & no parent/guardian emails. Doing so will prevent you from accessing the form! 

5. Clubs will NOT be filled following a "first come, first served" format this year. Once the club sign-up window closes, if more students sign up for a club than available slots, the advisor will identify members based on a random selection process.

6. Students will be able to submit their name for ONE club only. We understand this poses a problem since there are no guarantees that you will get into the club of your choice, however there will be opportunities to join other activities throughout the year.

7. Once the Club Sign-Up process is closed each club advisor will finalize their club roster and email students who made it into the club, as well as those whose name that was not selected. This may take a few days to complete.

8. Students who did not get into the club will receive an email and link which will provide them early access to try to sign up for clubs that have not yet been filled.
